When a person creates a Vitrina MX account, they confirm that they are 18 years or older and that the information they provide is accurate.

The user consents to Vitrina MX using their information to create the account, verify email, manage membership status, create a member/store ID, process QR scans, calculate points/rewards, show optional public profile/contact links, and send important account or program notices.

WhatsApp, social media, website, booking, menu, and profile links are optional. If the user adds them, other users may see and click those links from public profiles.

Verified reviews may be requested only after repeated confirmed visits so feedback stays friendly and based on real activity.

The user can request correction, deactivation, cancellation/deletion, or limitation of use through the admin/legal process.
