Vitrina MX collects account and profile details such as full name, date of birth, city, ZIP code, telephone number, email, WhatsApp/social links, optional profile photo, member/store ID, membership tier, points/stamps, QR scan activity, purchases/rewards, posts/listings, reviews, and store information.

We use this information to create accounts, verify that users are 18 or older, process QR rewards and discounts, manage memberships, show optional public profile/contact buttons, support marketplace/community posts, detect misuse, provide support, and communicate important account notices.

We may share limited information with participating stores when needed to validate a member, record a reward, provide discounts, or respond to a user request. Future service providers may help with hosting, email, storage, analytics, security, and payments. We do not sell personal data in this draft policy.

Users may request access, correction, deactivation, cancellation/deletion, or opposition/limitation of use by contacting worldweb3marketing@gmail.com. Requests are tracked in Admin > Legal.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the membership program, legal/business records, fraud prevention, backups, or user support. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and we will create an incident response process before public launch.

This policy must be converted into a public privacy notice and reviewed for the places where Vitrina MX operates.
