By using Vitrina MX, customers and stores agree to use the platform honestly, keep account information accurate, and follow local laws. Accounts are for users 18 years or older.

Stores are responsible for the accuracy of their discounts, listings, services, products, contact links, and reward offers. Customers are responsible for using rewards fairly and not sharing, copying, or misusing another member code.

Vitrina MX may adjust points, tiers, rewards, posts, listings, or store/customer status when there is an error, suspected fraud, abuse, duplicate transaction, unsafe content, or violation of platform rules.

Marketplace and community posts must not include illegal, misleading, harmful, discriminatory, or unsafe content. Vitrina MX may archive posts/listings or deactivate accounts to protect the community.

Rewards, discounts, points, and memberships may change as the program evolves. Paid membership, invoices, refunds, and payment-provider rules must be added before paid launch.
